SPY-DOL 01: First Mission
You've heard of boybands. You've heard of spies.
What if... your favorite idol is actually a spy, and leading his band to popularity is only the first step to completing his mission.
Being an idol and a spy certainly isn't the best of both worlds.
A young man stands alone in a dark room, waiting.
He tilts his head a little when he hears a light buzzing sound, then quickly readjusts his posture and raises his arm. Just in time to salute the hologram that lights up the room.
"Good morning, Ma'am."
The hologram gently flutters as if it nodded. We now see that the hologram is only a silhouette of a face. And I'm unable to describe any features that could distinguish who's behind the hologram.
"Congratulations on acing your final school assignment, Agent Tod."
Tod stands even straighter, puffing his chest out proudly.
"Thank you ma'am. I only hope to become as good as Agent Kenn."
A beat. Then we hear the hologram's voice again.
"You're here for your first field mission. We have information that a certain sponsor of today's concert may be involved in blackmailing the performing artists. We expect some sort of approach from them, and this time we need concrete evidence. You are to keep an eye out for suspicous personnel and report back immediately."
"Yes ma'am."
"You will be shadowing an experienced agent. Agent Kenn to be exact."
Tod gasps.
"Thank you ma'am! Will Agent Kenn be joining us shortly? My understanding is that no one has been able to recognize him unless he wants you to. Does he already know I'm his partner today?"
"He'll find you."
Just as sudden as when it first popped out of thin air, the hologram disappears.
